Describe the patient or a clinical scenario. The local LLM will first play the patient and grill you on history-taking and assessment — then switch to tutor mode and tell you what you could have done better.
⚙️ Model & settings
This PC runs the model on your own machine — free, private, and no API key, but it only works on this computer. DeepSeek works from a phone or anywhere else, and needs your DeepSeek API key pasted below; the key stays in this browser and is never uploaded. Thinking is switched off for DeepSeek so the patient answers at speaking speed instead of pausing to reason.
You stay in the driver's seat — the patient only reacts to what you ask and report, and never teaches. Teaching comes in the debrief.
